I am trained in a variety of modalities. Including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Thai, MFT (mayofascial therapy), Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stones, and Cupping. You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about these various techniques I use in my work.
Please visit the Services and Rates page to see pricing and sessions times. Multiple modalities can be requested per session. However, pricing will be based on whatever technique is most advanced. For example, if you select a 60-minute Swedish massage but would also like deep tissue work done, the session price will be based off of deep tissue rates. Additionally, treatments like cupping and hot stones can be implemented at a $20 upcharge. With that being said, please visit the About Me page to view special rates for veterans, first responders, and students.
